Today there are many different churches, doctrines, and ministers to choose from. Which church is the right one? The scriptures clarify that God's church is actually individuals, the very people that make up his church. Jesus Christ and his Father never command us to worship them in a building.  God's church is one body, containing many members. Only those individuals who follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and His Father Jehovah God are the church.

Not Made with Hands

Acts 17:24-25  God does not dwell in churches of the world built by men.

Ephesians 1:20-23  Christ is the head of the body, the church.

1 Corinthians 12:27, 28, 12-14  One body, one Holy Spirit, but many members.

Hebrews 3:6 Christ is the head of his house, which we can be part of if we follow the teachings of Christ, whom God sent.

Quoting Stacy:
But have you considered this scripture? Wouldn't you need a building or place of worship in order to do this?

Hebrew 10:23 Let us hold fast the public declaration of our hope without wavering, for he is faithful that promised. 24 And let us consider one another to incite to love and fine works, 25 not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the more so as YOU behold the day drawing near.

This can be done by simply gathering together in Christ. As the scripture says it is the people that make a church not the building. And the people must worship in truth. Thanks for your question, -Bible Research.
