Quieting Your Fears

Do you allow fear to get the better of you? Do you worry about things going on in the world, worry about work, family, finances, relationships, and so on? Do you wake up at night worrying? If so, become familiar with the Bible to help alleviate fear and anxiety.

Proverbs 12:25 says that anxiety in your heart can weigh it down. But as David wrote in Psalm 34:4, Jesus Christ and His Father can deliver us from all of our fears.

Many people view a new year as a time to make a fresh start or resolve to become a better person in one aspect or another. However, it often seems that those hopeful expectations fade away after a few weeks, replaced by our generally hectic every day life.
